Yerbe Maté;
It’s an evergreen tree, which grows widely in South America. Natives in Paraguay and Argentina are using its leaves to make a refreshing stimulating tea to increase their energy.
Damiana;
This small shrub can be found around Mexico and elsewhere in Central America. Leaves are used to make several traditional foods, but other uses also include using it as an aphrodisiac.
Guarana;
This plant also is a shrub which can be found in Amazonian rain forests. Its seeds are used to produce a stimulating drink similar to caffeine drinks. There are evidences that Guarana improves mental and cognitive performance.
