Appesat has no serious side effects, actually only side effect which can be experienced when using Appesat is upset stomach and this also can be experienced only then Appesat is used inconsiderably.

Inconsiderable or even foolish use might include excessive fasting or even self starvation same time taking excessive amounts of Appesat. Remember that Appesat isn’t a meal replacement it is designed to help you eat smaller portions and keep away from snacking.

Appesat is FREE from:

Gluten gluten;

Nuts nuts;

Shellfish shellfish;

Preservatives artificial flavours or preservatives

REMEMBER: drink at least 250ml of water before each meal when taking Appesat.

How to use Appesat

The maximum recommended dose for Appesat is three capsules taken three times a day. Never exceed 9 capsules per day.

Do not use Appesat if:

BMI bellow 18.5 your BMI (Body Mass Index) is bellow 18.5;

Pregnant you are pregnant (consult your doctor before use);

Pre-existent medical condition you have any pre-existing medical conditions (consult your doctor before use);

Under 12 of age you are under 12;
